YRPM Makes a Breakthrough in Selling Internal Mixer in Europe

In the middle of December 2019, GE5 experimental internal mixer, which was produced by Yiyang Rubber & Plastics Machinery Group Co., Ltd (YRPM), successfully passed the onsite commissioning and acceptance check of the Slovakian client. It is the 6^th internal mixer exported to Europe by YRPM, following YRPM’s sale of GK190E internal mixer to Italy in October 2019.

GE5 internal mixer is the smallest product in the Model E internal mixers of YRPM. Featuring meshing rotor, even mixing of sizing materials and low temperature rise, it is suitable for production of various high-quality sizing materials and plastics in tire and rubber enterprises as well as laboratories of colleges and technical secondary schools. At present, all the six internal mixers exported by YRPM to Europe are Model E series. In order to make the internal mixer meet the requirements of CE certification in the European Union market, YRPM has designed special safety protection measures for the equipment in terms of mechanical engineering, electrics and hydraulic transmission, etc. In 2004, YRPM’s first internal mixer was purchased by an Italian client, setting an example for exporting Chinese large and heavy rubber machineries to the European market.

So far, YRPM has had the production capacity of all kinds of internal mixers, ranging from the minimum size GK1.5 to the maximum size GK1000T, and formed two series of products, namely, Model N (shearing) and Model E (meshing), with nearly 30 specifications and models. Its rotor types have included ZZ-2, PES3, PES5, six-wing type and so on, in addition to the standard four-wing type. Besides, YRPM has achieved a shift in its sales from single units to intelligent rubber mixing production lines and evolved from product output to service output.
