Chairman Ning Gaoning Meets with Liaoning Governor Tang Yijun

On May 16, ChemChina Chairman Ning Gaoning met in Shenyang with Liaoning Governor Tang Yijun. The two sides made in-depth communications on the investments and development of ChemChina and Sinochem in Liaoning. Ning said that ChemChina and Sinochem have extensive business operations in Liaoning and keep transforming its operation and management. Particularly, the companies give higher priorities to the downstream industries including fine chemical engineering and their competency in agricultural and chemical research and development is significantly increasing. He hoped to deepen its interaction and cooperation with Liaoning Province as well as its prefectures and cities on the basis of the trend of safe and green development of the energy and chemical industry.

Tang thanked ChemChina and Sinochem for their long-term strong supports to the development of Liaoning Province, gave a detailed introduction into the current situation and planning of the province in the development and technological innovations of the petrochemical industry of Liaoning Province, and hoped that the two sides work together to firmly march on the path of innovative, transitional, high-quality and green development and achieve the win-win outcome, i.e., making ChemChina and Sinochem become bigger and grow stronger and promoting local economic development.
